Won't turn on or charge

Yesterday I bought a new Artos Luxury JIGI Waterproof Bluetooth speaker. It worked fine after I bought it, but now when I try to turn it on, nothing happens. (You turn it on by holding down the power button) It seems to be fully charged after charging it for three hours, since now when I plug it in, the charging indicaton light turns off after half a minute of being plugged in. Also, when I try to use it with an AUX cord, nothing happens. This is a high quality speaker, expensive and brand new. Please help me!

Hi,

Since it is new and it doesn't work even with the aux cable, I suggest that you contact the manufacturer regarding a warranty replacement.

Here is the information taken from their website regarding warranty provisions.

''The guarantee is for 12 months along with the purchase invoice only!

The warranty does not apply in the case of unreasonable use of the product and in the case of fracture, rupture and corrosion.''

Returns
