My sky viper wont fly foward it only flys backwards

I got my sky viper for Christmas ad I havent had any time to use it when i finally got the time to go outside got it to launch and it started to go backwards it would go foward at all

Hi! I have this problem too. My brand new skyviper start hovering and than it began flying bakwards really fast. No trim adjusmet works.

Was there much wind? Was any of the propellers damaged? Was anything else damaged? Was the drone flying backward fast or drifting slowly?
