Like when I listen to music using the speaker it has the crackling sound, when my phone rings it has the crackling sound, receiving message, and etc... But I can listen to music just fine using headphones
It is very annoying. Please help me

Most likely the loudspeaker has gone bad from playing music too loud and needs replacing.
