Volume Controller Damaged & Sound Problem

Hi,

I have a problem with my Sennheiser CX 2.00 G earphones, the Controller used to just volume and other manipulations (Play/Stop) is damaged. When I am listening to music the sound is too weak and it seems that the cable into/out this controller has problem maybe broken. I need to know how to open this controller in order to fix my earphones. Thank you !
