Is it possible to replace the usb ports on the back of the Wii U?

Recently purchased a Wii u but the back usb ports are completely broken. Is there a way to replace this?

It's possible, but you are going to have to replace the motherboard (along with the optical drive it's paired with) which is quite pricy.
