The 2 little metal hinge connecting the kick stands are broken, Does the kick stand come with the hinges or can you post it with the hinge if possible.

Honestly, I would just get a case that has a kickstand.
UAG has a case with a kickstand. I am sure there are others out there.
Just getting to the Surface's kickstand requires disassembling the entire device.
Even then, I don't know if the kickstand is repairable.

I use the UAG case with the Microsoft surface Pro 3 and it is pretty good.
Covers the corners and around the screen really well without blocking air vents or ports.
