hardware upgrade SSD, MEMORY, 5.8 WIFI

Hi every one who can help me out with what hardware upgrades are possable on a HP pavilion dv6 7030tx. I would just buy a new laptop but in Australia what you pay in the US double it in OZ. Thank you all

Personally I would put in a 240 GB Sandisk SSD plus, 8GB of DDR3 memory and 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi card. Be careful about the Wi-Fi cards though as HP laptops only accept certain model Wi-Fi cards as the BIOS is picky about which one is installed.
