Hi,

If you do not have the Win 10 installation disc, try using a Win 10 recovery USB flash drive to boot your laptop and repair your installation.

If you know someone with a Win 10 laptop or PC you can create a USB recovery drive from their machine. Simply go to Control panel > Recovery and find the link to create a recovery drive. Use a 8GB flash drive

Be aware that it takes about 40-60 minutes to create. It copies the Win 10 system files from the machine so that you can use it to boot your laptop.

When you plug it into your laptop, ensure that you change the boot order to boot from the USB first. When it loads from the USB select Troubleshooting > Advanced > Start up repair.

DO NOT select reset as this will erase your data and reinstall Win 10
