Home Button Sunk In after screen repair, works fine but annoying

Hello everyone, following a successful screen installation I've noticed that my home button is sunk in more than others, this is really driving me nuts and I'm wondering why that is?

I transferred my original touch id home button, can't figure out whether a small part fell off or whether I need glue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no need for glue. I would review this guide to insure you have done everything correctly.

If everything looks okay, then it may be a low quality screen assembly.

Or just concave the home button Metal plate Cover in so that it is better leveled with the glass. That should work OP.

Or your screen is made of a thicker glass on the front, you can stick a smal pice of plastic behind your home button to rise it in the surface.
