Hi,

I do not know the answer to your question but hopefully the following information may be of some help to you.

If you open your tablet (phone?) you will find information written on the battery which may help you in finding a replacement part.

Here is an example of what I mean. The battery shown is not from your tablet. Click on the image to enlarge it for better viewing.

Block Image

The information printed on the battery is as follows:

357095 = 3.5mm depth x 70mm width x 95mm length.

3.7V = Voltage (red wire is always +ve and black is -ve)

2500mAH = 2500 milliAmpere Hour = Capacity of battery

This is how nearly all LiPo batteries are coded

Using the specifications that you found on your battery, you can then search online for a 4800mAH Lithium Polymer or LiPo battery, (according to the tablet's specifications, this is the capacity and type of your battery)

For the example above the search term would be 357095 3.7V LiPo battery

Hi, Sorry that my info wasn't much help.

I found this which may be of some help to you as long as the thickness (depth) of the battery is not to big.

I just searched on Ebay.com (you can try Ebay.com.au as well) looking for 4800mAH 3.7V battery and then checking to see what physical size they were.

I have no knowledge of the seller in this link it is just to show what may be available for you to think about.

Also be aware of the note the seller makes about having a 2 or 3 wire connection (3rd wire is usually a temp sensor wire) s if you need one make sure it has one etc.

If you cant find any with 4800mAH capacity try a bigger capacity e.g. 5000, 6000 even 7000 and see if you can get one that will physically fit in your device and has the right number of connections and importantly that the voltage is correct 3.7V and that it is LiPo or Li Ion

If you do find a larger capacity battery you will find that it will take longer to charge but you also have the advantage of it lasting longer before you have to recharge it.

I might pull apart to see 2 or 3 wires are connected,and try to work out why it has Positive & negative writing about battery ???? It is used in some aplliance !

Hi, Do not pull your battery apart. The number of wires that are coming out of it to the tablet connection are all you have to worry about.

The +ve writing hopefully should line up with the red wire and the -ve again hopefully should line up with a black wire just to indicate which wire is which

Take a picture of it and post it back here, that way I can see what you can see.
