Whenever I try to capture pictures or videos with my drone, the footage does not save onto the SD card. I have tried using 3 different SD cards and still nothing. i have used the USB SD transmitter that came in the box, along with a bigger SD transfer slot on 2 different computers and still nothing. Not sure why the footage is not saving but if anyone knows anything I would love to hear from you. Thank you.

Hi,
Check that the SD Card is formatted FAT32 with 32k allocation, and then check that there are 2 folders in the root directory named PHOTO and the other one VIDEO (all caps). (if not there create them)
