My pc is almost a year I didnt update the software ..and now I insert a USB my pc was ruin.. Is there probably the USB have a virus? How I can repair my pc by my own?

Check the content, also a spill or a fail in the logic board might stop the USB from taking access. Put the USB into a different PC see if it works. If yes, then a logic board problem is the case for 70%. Check the internet for fixing the logic board or the circuits for your device and contact a professional or ASUS. Also it might be a virus like you said, check with the USB producer, maybe get on their forums if they have one, and again please check with others.
