Is screen cracked? No display? Need more info than that.

Everything in the phone is working fine, no cracks or nothing. The phone can be sitting on the side and it will reboot.

Do an iOS update through iTunes plugged into computer and see if that helps.

iOS 10.1.0 if I remember correctly had a bug that would cause the device to constantly crash with Apple logo. An update should do the trick if this is the case.

You may need to boot the phone in recovery mode if it's boot looping.

Plug the phone into computer first. Hold power and home button then release power button once it turns off. Keep holding home button until you see the phone turn on again and see an iTunes logo.

That indicates the phone is in recovery mode. Avoid doing restore if you want to keep the data on the phone.

Hello, so sorry to hear about your problem. This is most likely a battery shortage. I would suggest trying to get the battery replaced, and i bet it will start working. 5G and 5S have this common problem. Hope this was of some help! Have a good day!
