Why there are stains on my screen?

Hello! Today i tried to deconnect my iPhone5 display , because i welcome some touch problems. After i deconnect it , i put it back and after i power on my phone that was a little mark on it. After that i deconnect it and there was a space between the digitizer and the LCD . I tried to blow between them because i was thinking in my deconnect process some dust entered there. After that on my screen appears some white stain like a finger touch . What is the problem could i need to change the display or is the digitizer?

On the iPhone 5, the LCD and Digitizer are fused together (at least, they're supposed to be). You will need to replace the entire screen assembly, preferably from a good supplier. You can order it from iFixit if you want.

Follow this guide to replace it.

Is that the only possibility?

Your screen has separated. If you split it open completely to clean it you will likely just damage it some more. You want to avoid any liquids getting in too. So you either keep it the way t is or replace the screen.
