CPU overheating, high temperature even while surfing the net

Hi everyone! I have the following problem:

CPU temperature constantly outside the norm. Even after replacing the thermal paste and full cleaning of dust nothing has changed.

When I'm surfing on the net the CPU temperature is 55-65 deg on balanced power mode.

When I start system stress test - after 3 min i get CPU overheating.

All drivers is up to date according to lenovo site.

OS: Windows 10 x64

Open task manager. Take a few screenshots of the CPU performance graphs and such. However, don't allow that other program (the one in the screenshots) to run in the background.

Hmmm. Is there any physical overheating? Do you feel it getting hot or can detect that the fan is running?

by

Yea, the front of laptop is warmer that it should be.

When I just working I hear how the fans are accelerated greatly.

I will add screens with my temperature stats and friend of mine with the save laptop model.

So diagnosis service center showed that the cooling system is working properly but the problem in stability of the video card and it requires replacement of the entire motherboard. Perfectly! Awesome laptop!

I do not recommend anyone buy Lenovo products, especially gaming laptops.

Same happened on my y500 :'-( I'm getting a motherboard replacement. but I agree I think Lenovo isn't worth it. from the moment I got my PC the blu ray player wouldn't work. I was out of the country so never had the opportunity to use its warranty.

Yep, the graphic card on the PC i am writing from now which is the one the post is about is a ##&&%, had to lower high performance cpu usage because it would overheat together with the GPU in the machine. When I opened the machine the outflow socket of the hot air was “burned” like molten plastic, but it still works for me.
