Can MacBook inner parts replace iBook G3?

My 2010 iBook has case/screen/keyboard that works perfectly. Well cared for. It's been upgraded with new battery RAM and airport card. Runs on system 10.3. Is it possible to replace the inner parts to new MacBook and snow leopard system? I would like to run newer software more memory and HD space and newer operating system. Is this possible. It has cd drive that ejects but is not slot loaded. Is it possible for less than $600.00?

Nice idea, but the answer is a resounding NO!!! iBooks and MacBooks are completely different machines, separated by a decade of technology, and there's barely a single part that is compatible between them.
