Have you tried printing something that is not from the computer? Consider making a copy of a document as this is an All-In-One. If the copy works, then you know it is a driver issue and you should just reinstall the driver on the computer. You could also try connecting it to the computer in a different way (ie network connection or USB connection). If it doesn't, then your problem is in the printer. If the problem is in the printer, I'd recommend trying to reset the printer to factory defaults, which I assume can be found in the menus on the printer itself.
