My laptop won't run a cd, it will run it smoothly then stops.

I just brought Fix-It Utilities Professional kit and i try to run the cd (no marks/no scratches) and my laptop won't play the cd. It will run for a few seconds then stop completely. It also doesn't show anything when it runs.

Any idea whats worng with it?

And how to use the kit as well?
