My phone cannot switch on after water entered into it
my phone feel into water and water entered into it so now it cannot switch on... can the board be repaired and the icy on the board be changed?

You should try leaving to rest in some rice, asap. The rice should absorb the water in you phone and hopefully after a few hours it will work again!
