Volume won't go up or down while turning the knob
when turning the volume button it won't go up or down. or continues going up when I am turning in the opposite direction

maureenzakrzewski , You may need a new volume switch/ amplifier rotary encoder, I would try cleaning the switch before replacing, as it seems a lot of people have success after cleaning. See below links #1 and 2 to volume button cleaning how to and #3 and 4 possible places to purchase a replacement control if needed. Good luck.

My problem is that the scale is going up and down but the sound is not changing. It is the same from the knob and remote. Do you have any idea what can be done?
