So few weeks ago i dropped wine on it it was a very little amount and i thought i would be fine after drying it. However it wouldnt turn on, i plugged in the charger and it turned on and wanted me to login...but i noticed my keyboard isnt working also. Also noticed that the mouse isnt either. What can i do?
If i plug in a mouse it works but thats pretty much it.
Help :(

First we need to know your exact model. You can input the serial number from the back of the machine at this link and get that,

You will need to replace the keyboard or uppercase and we will be able to get you to the correct part and guide to do that once we know what you have.
