White "V" pressure mark on top of screen when tucked in place

Hello,

I have tried with 2 different screens now, and the outcome remains the same. There's a white V mark in the top part of the screen when I tuck it in place. When it's not tucked in it looks perfect:

When it's tucked in place it looks like this:

I have tried loosening and tightening the screws but none of that seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could cause this and possibly a solution?

Thanks in advance!

Something is pushing on the back of the screen, or the casing is slightly bent, which is bending the screen, since this is a pressure mark. If it is an iPhone 6, it will most likely be a slightly bent case if you have tried 2 screens from different suppliers.

The 2 screens are not from different suppliers.

Have you tried removing like one or more screws for the sides of the metal back screen housing? (3x screw on each side). I've had that help with the screen pressure issue causing that on the screen for iPhone 6+ especially.

Did you tuck the LCD cable so that it sits behind the metal back plate and not on top of it like the original screen has it tucked?

Here is an example: http://www.etradesupply.com/blog/wp-cont...

Tried both things, also tried replacing the metal back plate, still no luck.

Turns out I got the screws switched around, thanks for the help though, would you suggest tucking the LCD cable in behind the metal back plate generally?
