Is a PS4 transformer the same as a PS3 transformer?

There was a power surge and PS4 was plugged in. Apparently the transformer inside it burnt. The PS4 doesn't switch on and shows no sign of life. I have a PS3 that i don't use anymore, so is a PS3 transformer part same as the PS4 one? And if yes, can i install it into the PS4?

@jobizi no you cannot. The PS3 and PS4 power supplies are different. They are not interchangeable.

@jobizi , yes you can. There are some issues with the PS4 power supplies. I recommend you speak with our console guru on here and get some real good advise on how to do that.
