Xbox one will not turn on would not make a noise, now I have changed the the RF board on the front and it now makes a BEEP but no lights come on, the power brick always stays orange, I can use my second Xbox one Power brick and it will do the same thing but go from orange to white to off. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Usually in this case it's caused by the southbridge but not always sometimes there is some other random component on the motherboard that is causing it.
I'm sorry I can't be more specific but there is just no way to know for sure without testing it.

Okay how can I test it I have everything except the reballer, I'm a Server technician/engineer I'm entrusted in at least trying to figure it out.
Unfortuantely there are no schematics with these...that's the main problem. You can either do your best to check each component that powers the console or you can replace the southbridge and hope that was the problem. Unfortunately there is just no really good way to diagnose this problem.
