Hi,

Try 'booting' into the Windows Recovery Environment and go to the Troubleshooting option to 'repair' your Windows installation. Do not select reset as this will erase all your data and reinstall Windows.

Here is a link that gives you options on how to access the Windows Recovery Environment area.

Update (12/10/2016)

Hi,

Try booting up and then when you get the error message, force power shutdown by holding the power button until it shuts down. Do this 3 times in a row. By the 3rd attempt it should go into the Windows Recovery Environment window. Then go on from there.

If this doesn't work do you know anyone who has a Windows 8.1 computer? If so you can make a bootable recovery USB (8GB size is preferred) drive from their PC. It is located in Control Panel > Recovery. Be patient it takes about 40-60 minutes to create. It will have all the system files necessary to recover your tablet.

Hopefully it will detect that you have a USB drive installed when you insert it and boot from it.
