iPad Air works and then shows blue screen and restarts

So I have replaced hundreds of iPad Air digitizers, and I just replaced this one, and everything works on it fine, but it will randomly show a blue screen for maybe a second and then restart itself. Everytime it starts it will run for maybe 4 minutes and then restart.

Not sure what is wrong with it here, any ideas?

Bluescreen is usually caused by either a bad battery or corrupt OS, it it's something else that is a lot harder to troubleshoot.

is there any way to test the battery to know if that is the problem without having to buy a new one first. I know they can be tested with a DMM but not sure if that will tell me what I need to know

A fully charged lithium ion battery will show around 4.0-4.2V. A supposedly faulty lithium ion battery will show around 3.6v or a lot lower and never goes higher (after unplug from charger) when trying to charge it.
