Why does my error lights in my truck come on when it gets below -10

Whenever the temperature drops below -10 my truck warning lights come on as follows- service brake system, service traction control, and service stabilitrak. I put my scanner on while the lights are illuminated and it tells me that my truck has no error codes. When I turn the vehicle off after driving and turn it back on immediately, the error codes are gone until i start driving again. I cannot use my 4x4 or cruise control while the lights are on and i cannot find anyone else with the same problem on other forums. Please help
