My son attempted to jailbreak his phone...

And now it's stuck on the screen that says Blu and will not go any further. It does go into the screen to reset when I turn it on holding down the power & volume buttons. But it never resets, it just starts up & stays on that same Blu screen. Doesn't loop, just stays there.

I've taken screen shots that might make more since but I can't add them!

You can't jailbreak a android phone; if you mean he tried to root it, then what program was it? Jailbreaking is for Apple devices only.
