fireplace light's up but doesn't give off Heat

Have a movable fireplace in a mantle housing and the fireplace light's up but doesn't give off Heat it has 3 switches any suggestions on how to fix it

Check if under manufacturer’s Warranty as you do not want to void it if it has to be dissembled to trouble shoot. Always be careful and unplug the device.

As may be with yours, some electric fireplaces have a separate switch that disables the heating element, see if switch is turned on and try. Check electrical wiring and look for any loose connections.

Switch/Safety(limit)/Heating element may have burned out or faulty which you could have tested. Check wire running to your thermostat for properly attached if equipped.
