problema di scatto flash

Salve,ho una Smart camera pl200 è andata sempre bene non è mai caduta o sbattuto.Ultimamente quando scatto una foto con il flash la macchina su blocca.

Ho provato a cambiare batteria e togliere la memoria ma nulla lo schermo diventa nero e si blocca .

Da cosa può dipendere? Grazie Dell aiuto

E se fai le foto senza flash, funziona normale? oppure si blocca lo stesso ?
