Soap dispenser is filled with water after each cycle.

The liquid soap dispenser drawer/tray is filled with water after wash cycle is done. I've removed the entire drawer/tray and cleaned it out. There are no visible clogs or blockages. Any suggestions?

I researched this problem and read all kinds of "resolutions", everything from needing to clean the dispenser cups to replacing them. I have finally found the solution!! Check the main water pressure valve to your house. (If you don't have one, you can find a pressure gauge on line or at the hardware for about $6.) While running water somewhere inside the house, check the pressure. It should be somewhere between 60 and 75 psi. Mine was reading 120! Had the pressure valve replaced, set now at 65. The water entering the washing no longer makes a squealing noise... AND the cups are no longer left filled with water after the cycle has finished!

Turn off water supply, take off inlet hoses near machine then look inside and see if filters are clogged. My owners booklet showed plastic basket type filter, so I ordered replacements. But my washer actually had 2 metal screen types In each hose. I replaced with basket types, and water pressure improved--no more water I dispenser.

Stacey Holtorf, Stacey, Concerning your Top Load washer, you stated you pulled the dispenser drawer and cleaned it out, did you probe the drain holes and if the drawer also has drain tube/ hoses attached probe them or blow out with compressed air to get rid of blockage. Good luck.

I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
