Touchscreen stopped working after screen replacement

i just replaced screen on my iPhone 5s. This phone does not have SIM card, it was transferred to another phone. The screen is lit, charger is working, I can turn screen on and off. The problem is that my screen does not respond to any touch finger command including "slide to power off"

You probably didn't connect the digitizer properly. This is the digitizer connection. Go back and insure it is properly connected. And don't mix up the screws to the bracket or you could cause severe damage.

This was excellent advise to properly reconnect digitize cable. The touch screen is now working.

The new problem: This is 5s phone. During the start up the screen lit normally but after the apple goes away, the screen goes dim and stays dim .

Any advice?

go into settings and turn the brightness up. If the brightness toggle is not working, its possible that the flex with the front camera and light sensor has a tear. Its also possible that the light sensor is not situated correctly.

Display and touch pmu problem, or battery high voltage 4v-4,2v, normally 3,8v. If battery high voltage, output display pmu high. Check u3 and Vbat = Vcc
