Why are my apps crashing?

Hi! I have a problem with my Huawei Y360. At once all the apps started crashing, I could not use my phone at all, when I try to do the factory reset, Settings stopped. "Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped" popps all the time. I tried to do the reset by holding vol+power button but I cannot select anything with the power button, I can just go up and down with volume buttons. Is there anything else that can be done?

Try to remove apps one by one to lighten the processing load for your phone until it stops crashing.

Try to clear phone cache, and also scan for viruses (if you have a scanner) to eliminate any infection as possible cause.

Check your storage capacity ( internal and SD card if any) that can crash your phone too. Update all apps if you can and then scan.

If all clear, re install apps.

@ellmaaeminaj On the Huawei you use the volume up to select what you want and then you use the volume down to activate your selection not the powerbutton . This is different than most phones and can be confusing but the power button is only used to get you to the first screen . Check out this video

Hope this helps
