Screen blank, doesn't turn on

My Dell XPS 14 doesn't turn on after plugging faulty powerbank on it to charge. Is it the fuse? And if it is where is it?

@chainsawfelix could be a fuse could be many other things. First thing you want to do is to install an external monitor and see if that displays. If so then it is possible that you have a damaged backlight circuitry (including a backlight fuse, failed LED driver etc.) as we as a bad LCD etc. In order to find out anything about fuses, you will have to find exactly what motherboard you have. Any number on it that might help to identify your board will be useful.

If an external monitor does not display anything you are having issues with the video circuitry that is unrelated to any fuse.
