@mohammed9711 how do you know that the battery and the display parts are good? So your iPhone does not show any signs of life? Plugged in, not plugged it, no change? Dead phone? What have you tried?

I knew that the battery and the display are good because i went to a repair shop, yes, I think it becomes a dead phone because it doesn't show any signs even you plug it in the charger.

There is a possiblitiy that you have a bad lightning port adapter, discharged battery or a bad power management IC. I'd start with a good AC adapter and a good cable to try to charge. After that, I'd go with a fully charged battery and see if the phone at least comes on.

ok if the ic power is damaged how much does it cost to change it ?

As @oldturkey03 says, the first things to try are a known-good battery and charge port. Replacement parts, especially small parts, are notoriously hit and miss.

If you say a repair shop already tried these things (at least a battery and screen), then you may have a defective charge circuit. Did the phone just stop "working" (i.e. charging) all of a sudden or did this coincide with a fall or impact or water infiltration?

A charge circuit repair requires micro-soldering and is not a DIY repair. Look for a shop that does micro-soldering and they will properly diagnose your phone (it may not be the charge circuit). Costs will vary depending on your location.

yes it just stop working and the shop told me just the IC charging is dammag but they don't have a new one, And if the cost is expensive i think is better to buy a new phone.
