How do I replace the Digitizer/Glass assembly on my HTC Desire Z

My glass screen on my HTC Desire Z (T-Mobile G2) is cracked. Everything works, but I was only able to find the glass/digitizer assembly. If anyone has taken apart this phone I could use some advice on how to proceed. Thank You.

This is not the same phone as the Desire Z. The Desire Z looks like this http://www.htc.com/www/product/desirez/o... and the digitizer looks like this http://www.globaldirectparts.com/Product.... I saw that teardown and intially got excited until I realized it wasn't the right phone.
