Sonido bloqueado. / Sound blocked.

SPANISH:

El sonido de mi iPhone está bloqueado. No se escucha una llamada entrante, o un mensaje; tampoco puedo escuchar música. Sólo con audífonos, pero a veces hasta con ellos se bloquea.

Trato de subirle el volumen y especificar que no esté en silencio, cuando lo hago, la barra del volumen no aparece en la pantalla.

Lo extraño es que mi alarma sí funciona en la hora que debe de sonar, hasta cuando reviso el volumen de la llamada, suena, pero no me funciona.

A veces cuando llega un mensaje suena la notificación pero no todo el tiempo. ¡No entiendo!

Busqué, de cuál podría ser el problema, y leí que había que formatearlo, así que lo hice desde iTunes, una vez hecho, el celular quedó como recién sacado de fábrica, pero el sonido no vuelve.

¿Qué hago? ¡Ayuda!

The sound of my iPhone is blocked. There is no incoming call, or a message; I can not listen to music either. Only with hearing aids, but sometimes even with them crashes.

I try to raise the volume and specify that it is not silent, when I do, the volume bar does not appear on the screen.

The strange thing is that my alarm does work at the time it should sound, even when I check the volume of the call, it sounds, but it does not work for me.
