1 Color tint over screen
“I have a CB5-571 chromebook. Recently my screen went black, then returned a few minutes later with a (roughly 25%) magenta mask over the screen. How do I get it back to normal?”
Computer still useable, but the resulting color shift is very distracting.

sounds like a bad LCD, I would first try reseating the connectors for LCD
