Why does my notebook keep freezing/ force me to restart it every 10min

Had my notebook for 8 years now it fell off a table once and the keyboard stopped working a year or 2 after that and one day I hit the keyboard with a hammer and everything key was working fine after 2 years of struggle on not being able to have total control on my notebook due to forgetting my admin account password I let a friend install Windows 10 and and things were good for a year and then weird noises started inside the computer and started this continuous freezing every 10/15 mins and now a junk under my bed please help me out.
