Why my 2ds won't turn on

Hiya guys I have a small problem my 2ds will charge but orange light won't come on.the reason I know it charges is because when I try to turn it on the blue light will come on but the screen won't turn on and I here no sound.i think it's becsuse there's something lose in it because when it's shakes all the lights turn on
