hello i wonder if its any differences between 16GB 32GB logibord? can i buy witch one? and i live inte Sweden if it will make ant differences

No, there are no hardware differences. Try to buy a logic board from an unlocked phone, or else you will have to use unlocking / jailbreaking programs to use your SIM card.
