not booting to OS

I installed new hardrive and memory, installed Leopard at restart OS will not load

Help!!!!

I installed new hardrive and memory Installed Leopard of course drive is formated and partitioned

os went thru the whole process with a check mark completion of install. when it restarts i have nothing except apple sound and gray screen with apple no boot up

Would your computer start with the old hard drive and RAM?

do you get a chime after pressing the power button? need more information on this to assist

One thing at a time. First put the old memory back in and see if it will start. Your question is to sketchy to know what you've done. Will it start from the DVD? Did you format the new drive?
