Make sure your laptop is completely turned off. Turn the laptop upside down, and located the sliding tabs on the battery. Slide the tabs into an inward position then take out the battery away from the laptop. Remove the bottom cover by pull the orange tab to the right until you heard a click sound. Gently disconnect the clips as you lift the bottom cover. Remove the four screws by using a Phillips PH1 screwdriver for the four black screws around the hard drive. Pull the hard drive towards the left using the orange tab until the hard drive is released from its receptacle. Replace your corrupt hard drive with a new hard drive for your laptop.
