Fusion drive not appearing in finder

I am working on a customers 27" iMac. It is a fully tricked out unit (i7, 32 Ram, 3 TB Fusion Drive).

The customer tried to reinstall the OS and managed to lose the main drive. All that shows now is the SSD with the new OS. She is a professional photographer and needs her 20,000+ photos back.

Of course, no back up. Anyone have any ideas?

OK lets see what the system thinks it has.

Go to About this Mac and then open System Report. Now look at SATA/SATA Express and also go to Storage. Do a screen shot showing the window under each interface (you'll likely need to slide up the bar to get it all on one snap per interface) And do the same under storage and paste it here for us to see.

For now anything you might do could wipe the drive! So hold off trying to recover it.

Also why did the person re-install the OS? There maybe a clue there on what is happening now.
