Why is my volume up button switch not working?

my volume up switch doesnt work but when i hit volume down it works perfect. what shoud i do? i've ordered a new switch but i cant find anywhere on how to install or if its even that issue.

Go into settings-- sounds Press the home button and the same time press the volume up button. It will bring it back like magic. I had the same problem and now it works.

YOU MIGHT NEED TO LONG PRESS THE CURRENT ONE THAT'S NOT WORKING. I AM FACING THE SAME AND AFTER A LONG AND CONTINUE PRESS, IT WORKS LIKE CHARM.

JUST DO LONG AND LITTLE HARD PRESS ON IT.
