Mid 2014 MacBook Pro battery in early 2015?

Hi, I need to troubleshoot an early 2015 MacBook Pro 13" battery. Can I safely plug a mid 2014 battery in an early 2015 logic board? Is it even the same connector? Thanks a lot!!

Thanks for your answer! What does P/N's stand for? Positive/Negative?

P/N = Part Number

Alrighty! :) I know they have different parts since the 2015 one is slightly bigger, that's why I'm asking this question. Is the connector different ? If so would it damage the 2014 battery somehow if I plug it in?

by

Different battery not interchangeable.

OK now it's clear! Thanks!
