no (any life) (touch) respond after replaced cracked screen

hello people, i have an iphone 5, i have tried everyting i can find on the internet, but still have no any respond not usb, no charging, still nothings. also when iphone worked in the past have no any touch respond. 2 ic's i think are damaged.

You have two separate issues here...

  1. You have a charging issue
  2. You say you had Touch issue before

Regarding your charging problem, have you tried a new, known-good battery? Have you looked at your charge port to see if there is any debris? If you can rule that out, then you probably have a charge circuit failure on your Tristar IC (U2).

Regarding your Touch issue, the iPhone 5 is not known for suffering from Touch Disease so this may be more related to a bad screen or improper connection.

new, know good battery, still no life, but 1 of the 2 touch ic's i don't have a good feel about it looks like there is tiny small plastic exploded off from the top of black block. And especially the small black block close left under the battery connector doesn't seems ok. I have still new display installed, so it's logic that this can't be the problem.
