Before trying to remove data, have you tried another power supply unit?

Hello, if you are determined that this is not going to work (make sure you have singled out the problem) You can take out the hard drive (I will include the xbox one teardown) and the put it in a external HDD unit (I will include an amazon link) then plug it into another xbox one, now saying that it is not the HDD that is the problem, this should work to get your data.

teardown: Search on IFixIt

hdd enclosure: https://www.amazon.ca/Sabrent-External-D...

What are you seeking to get of the hdd?

Taking the Xbox apart will also void your warranty.

I would recommend NOT taking your xbox apart. Your data should be in the Microsoft User Cloud, so when you put your new drive in/exchange your xbox, you should get all your stuff back once you sign in, and download everything from the cloud. [For me, it worked with saved games, but I do not know if this applies to everyone]
