Can not connect wifi
I bought it 2 months ago and now I can not connect the wifi. The WLAN keeps grey and can not turn on. I have tried to use factory reset but it did not work. How can I fix it?

Hi,
If you bought it only 2 months ago and as a factory reset has not resolved the problem, I suggest that you verify the purchase date, then consult the warranty documentation that came with the phone (it is usually in the User Guide) as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
If you cannot find the the documentation, then go online and search for Huawei P9 warranty for your country.
if you have to return the phone make sure that you save all your personal data and that you factory reset it before you return it either for repair or replacement.
