Released in October of 2014. This model, SM-G530H/DV Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, comes in a White, Gray, or Gold casing.

My phone is not working..Once it is restarted it works only for 10 to 15 seconds not more than this..

plz help me out..

i hv deleted each nd every thing..

Apps pics anythng but it isnt working ..

I hv tried to reset it but when i reach to menu it turns off.

remove your phone battery and press power button for 10seconds and put the battery back and power button, sounds dumb it will work! :)
